??XZNSG水平圓盤式過(guò)濾機(jī)系引進(jìn)國(guó)外公司制造技術(shù),經(jīng)我公司消化吸收,并綜合我國(guó)國(guó)情改進(jìn)而成。該機(jī)主要用于過(guò)濾糖漿。過(guò)濾過(guò)程中通過(guò)預(yù)涂和添加硅藻土,過(guò)濾后糖漿濁度可達(dá)0.4EBC以下。
??XZNSG水平圓盤式糖漿過(guò)濾機(jī)除過(guò)濾糖漿外,還可用作葡萄酒、啤酒、果汁、醋、醬油以及其它類似飲料的過(guò)濾。過(guò)濾介質(zhì)除硅藻土外,還可用其它助濾劑如珍珠粉、活性炭等。
??The XZNSG horizontal disc filter system has introduced manufacturing technology from foreign companies, which has been digested and absorbed by our company, and improved based on China's national conditions. This machine is mainly used for filtering syrup. During the filtration process, by pre coating and adding diatomaceous earth, the turbidity of the filtered syrup can reach below 0.4 EBC.
??The XZNSG horizontal disc syrup filter can not only filter syrup, but also be used for filtering wine, beer, juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and other similar beverages. In addition to diatomaceous earth, other filter aids such as pearl powder and activated carbon can also be used as filter media.
